RAP and Safety Award Winners February

Every month, Peterson awards several employees for their exemplary safety behavour. This winners of last month were as follows:

Safety Award: RAP-0006723
Aidan Max Linsley  (Altens Ops Base, UK)

Driver was observed using an unsafe ladder to gain access to Curtin-sider van and goods within the cargo area on it.
We tried to explain site rules but due to the limited English spoken by the driver, we had difficulty explaining so as he could understand.

No drivers are allowed on the back of arctic or open vehicles. If a box van, Curtin-side or Transit type… access is only allowed using a proper tail gate (as 1/2 high step) or proper steps with hand rail.

Curtin-side vehicles must be entered from the rear. Or if goods being examined from the side, must use proper steps / ladder fit for that purpose as well as access at back.

RAP Award: RAP0006594
Craig Carr (Lillyhall, UK)

TNT delivery rejected. Load too unstable and not correctly secured too its pallet.
